For professional machines (X30 and up) with fixed water connection, CSG offers a Full Omnium maintenance contract: scheduled maintenance, water filter, IoT connectivity through the Dr. Coffee portal, and technical support during office hours with a maximum response time of 48 hours. Parts are stocked locally in the Benelux, so most repairs are fast.
For consumer machines (H2, C11, X20), you get factory warranty and access to our support team. Simple, self-service, low-touch.

Consumer machines (H2, C11, X20) are designed for low volume, up to around 20 to 30 cups per day. Mid-volume machines (X30, X50) up to 15,000 servings per year. High-volume machines (X80 and up) up to 20,000 servings per year. We match the machine to your actual usage during the quote conversation.
Consumer machines run on a water tank. Professional machines can run on a tank or a fixed water connection, but a Full Omnium service contract is only available with a fixed connection. If you want the full service, you need the plumbing.
With a Full Omnium contract, you call CSG and a technician is on site within 48 hours during office hours, weekends and public holidays excluded. Parts are stocked locally in the Benelux, so most issues are resolved on the first visit. Without a contract, service is billed per intervention.
Yes. Many offices start with one machine and add more as headcount grows or new sites open. One CSG relationship covers everything, so scaling doesn't mean starting a new supplier conversation.
Your team handles daily cleaning routines, which take a few minutes and are built into the machine interface. CSG handles the deeper scheduled maintenance under the Full Omnium contract.
