What hospitality coffee needs to deliver

Consistent. Fast. Uninterrupted.

Consistency, cup after cup

Guests should get the same cappuccino at breakfast as at check-out. Yunio machines are designed for repeatable quality across long service days.

Speed under pressure

When the terrace is packed, a slow machine costs you covers. Our high-volume models handle drinks back-to-back without giving up quality.

Support built in

Full Omnium service contracts keep your machine on a maintenance schedule and give you a direct line to CSG technicians during office hours, with parts stocked locally in the Benelux.

The range for hospitality

Match the machine to the service volume.

Low to medium volume (up to 15,000 servings/year)

Mid-volume professional machines for smaller venues, breakfast operations, and secondary service points.

High volume (up to 20,000 servings/year)

Built for busy service, back-to-back drinks, and full menus.

Very high volume

Yunio's flagship high-volume system for demanding hospitality environments.

A Full Omnium service contract is available for all professional machines with fixed water connection.

Service that fits how hospitality works

Straight about what we cover.

Full Omnium contracts cover scheduled maintenance, water filter, IoT connectivity through the Dr. Coffee portal, and technical support during office hours with a maximum response time of 48 hours. Weekends and public holidays are not covered. Parts are stocked locally in the Benelux, so most issues are resolved on the first visit.

For businesses open on weekends and evenings, we recommend building this into your operational planning: schedule annual maintenance during a quiet week, run daily cleaning routines properly, and keep spare parts on site. The machines are built for reliability, and the service contract is there for when something unusual happens.

How hospitality uses Yunio

Built into service, not on top of it.

A hotel breakfast operation in Amsterdam serves 120 covers per morning on a Yunio X100. Same drink quality from 6 AM to 10 AM, no barista needed, one CSG contract covers everything from water filter to annual maintenance.

Questions about hospitality

Answers, straight up.

Yes. The high-volume machines (X80 and up) are built for this. During the quote conversation, we size the machine to your peak load, not your average, so the rush is what the machine is picked for.

Full Omnium contracts only cover office hours, with a maximum response time of 48 hours. Weekends and public holidays are not covered. If continuous coverage matters for your business, we recommend planning around it: preventive maintenance, spare parts on site, and staff trained on daily cleaning.

In some cases, yes, depending on model and volume. We discuss branding options during the quote.

Machines with extra powder containers handle a wider menu. The machine picker asks about the breadth of your menu in question three, or ask our team and we'll advise based on what you actually serve.

Usually half a day for one machine with fixed water connection. We plan installations around your opening hours so we don't interrupt your service.
