The daily milk routine in a coffee setup is simple and thankless. Someone pours milk into a container, washes it at the end of the shift, refills it the next morning. The cycle repeats every day. Each step is a moment where something can go wrong: spilled milk, a missed cleaning, a container left out overnight.
The new Yunio MK02 skips that entire cycle.
What the MK02 Does Differently
Instead of a container you fill and refill, the MK02 takes a standard 2.5 L milk carton directly into the cooler. Open the door, put in the carton, close the door. That’s the entire setup. The milk stays between 0 and 5 °C and flows directly into your coffee machine via the milk hose.
No pouring. No container to wash. No wasted milk due to spills during transfer.
For teams working with a Yunio fully automatic machine or a Franke A300, the MK02 is designed to connect directly without additional hoses or connectors.
Where the MK02 Fits in the Yunio Cooling Range
The Yunio cooling range consists of five models, each for a different volume:

Until now, customers who needed more than an MK01 but didn't want an SC8 didn't have a good intermediate option. The MK02 fills that gap. It handles approximately 100 milk drinks per day, which suits most office environments, breakfast service in smaller hotels and B&Bs, and coffee corners in restaurants.

The connections on both sides are more important than they sound. You can place the MK02 to the left or right of your coffee machine without reconfiguring your counter.
Who is the MK02 For?
Three customer profiles are a good fit for the MK02:
- Offices with daily cappuccino consumption. Workplaces serving 30 to 100 milk drinks per day, where employees currently juggle open milk cartons in a refrigerator not designed for them.
- Smaller hotels and B&Bs. Breakfast service and lobby coffee, where consistency is important and back-of-house space is limited.
- Restaurants with a coffee corner. After-dinner cappuccinos, customer presentation, and a cooler that fits next to the machine instead of taking up counter space.
If a customer is already using a Yunio machine but without a dedicated cooling solution, the MK02 is the retrofit that completes the setup.
